Description

Charles Proxy 5 – Advanced Web Debugging for Developers Charles Proxy 5 is a powerful web debugging proxy application that enables developers to view all HTTP and HTTPS traffic between their computer and the Internet. It allows for detailed inspection of network requests and responses, making it an essential tool for debugging and optimizing web applications. Features HTTP/HTTPS Proxying: Capture and inspect all HTTP and HTTPS traffic, including requests, responses, and headers. SSL Proxying: Decrypt and view SSL/TLS traffic to troubleshoot secure connections. Bandwidth Throttling: Simulate slower network speeds to test how applications perform under various conditions. Breakpoints: Set breakpoints to pause and modify requests and responses in real-time Repeat Requests: Resend requests to test different scenarios or reproduce issues. Map Local: Map local files to URLs to test changes without deploying them to a server. Auto Save: Automatically save sessions at set intervals for later analysis. Mirror Tool: Save responses to disk as they are received, creating a mirror copy of websites as you browse them. Map Remote: Change the request location so that the response is transparently served from a new location. Advanced Repeat: Perform performance testing by repeating requests with specified iterations and concurrency. Request and Response Editing: Modify requests and responses on the fly to test different scenarios. DNS Spoofing: Redirect DNS requests to specified IP addresses for testing purposes. Mobile Device Debugging: Capture and inspect network traffic from iOS and Android devices. Session Exporting: Export sessions in HAR format for sharing and analysis. User-Friendly Interface: Intuitive interface with syntax highlighting and easy navigation. Charles Proxy 5 is a comprehensive tool for developers seeking to debug and optimize their web applications. Its extensive features and user-friendly interface make it an invaluable asset in any development workflow
