Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of get_it.keys and the purchase of the products we offer. By creating an account or confirming a purchase, you accept these terms in full.
Minimum age
You must be 18 or older to buy on get_it.keys. Some products in the catalog carry a PEGI 18 rating or equivalent — it's your responsibility to respect the age rating of the content you buy.
What we sell
We sell digital keys and activation codes from third parties (games, software, subscriptions and gift cards). Each key is activated on the platform listed on the product page (for example Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic Games or another) — check it before you buy. We also sell top-ups and gift cards redeemable for cryptocurrency, subject to the verification rules described at checkout.
Where the keys come from
The keys we sell come from authorized wholesale distributors and the third-party resale market: we're not the game's publisher and we don't run the platform where the key activates. This is a legal practice and the key works the same as if you'd bought it from the official store, but it can explain region restrictions the publisher wouldn't apply on its own sales channel — always check the product page before you buy.
Your account and your data
You're responsible for keeping your email and account details correct: that's where we send your keys and any notifications about your order. A wrong email can mean you never receive your purchase.
Prices, currency and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you choose on the site and may vary based on supplier availability. Payment is processed through Stripe and charged when you confirm checkout; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery
When there's stock, delivery is instant: the key shows up in My keys and we email it to you as soon as payment is confirmed. If, for reasons on the supplier's end, the key doesn't come out instantly, your order is still confirmed and paid, and the estimated delivery is within 48 hours of payment — we'll email you when it's ready. If we can't deliver within that window, you can choose to keep waiting or request a full refund.

Pre-order purchases are governed by their own rules on delivery date, date changes and refunds.

It's your responsibility to choose the right key for your account's region and platform: each product page states where it activates. Once a key is delivered, its region or platform can't be changed.
Refunds
A key that's already been revealed or delivered isn't eligible for a refund, unless a defect is confirmed (for example, it fails to activate). If the key hasn't been revealed yet, contact us from support. See the full details in our Refund policy.
Right of withdrawal and digital content
If you're buying as a consumer in Colombia, Law 1480 of 2011 (article 47) gives you 5 business days to withdraw from a distance purchase. That rule has an exception for digital content whose delivery already started with your express agreement — which is exactly what happens here: by checking the waiver of the right of withdrawal at checkout, you authorize the key's delivery to start immediately and acknowledge that, because of that, you lose the right to withdraw from that order. If you're buying from the European Union, the same principle applies under article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU: the waiver is only valid because you check it explicitly, with its own checkbox separate from these Terms, before paying.
Misuse and fraud
We may cancel orders and suspend or close accounts if we suspect fraud, wrongful chargebacks, or use that violates these terms.

Who sells and applicable law
get_it.keys is operated by [COMPANY NAME], registered under tax ID [TAX ID], domiciled at [ADDRESS]. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without prejudice to the rights you're entitled to as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable regulations. Changes take effect once published on this page.
