Pre-order policy
Everything you need to know before reserving a release that doesn't have a delivery date yet.
When does the key arrive?
Your key is delivered on release day, sometime during the day (not at midnight). We'll email you as soon as it's ready and it'll also show up in My keys.
What happens if the studio delays the release?
If the studio moves the date, your reservation stays as is: we update the estimated date and email you the new delivery day.
Can I ask for a refund?
Yes. You can cancel your pre-order and request a refund at any time before the key is delivered, by contacting support.
Can the price change?
No. The price you paid when reserving stays locked in: even if it goes up before release, you already paid the reservation price.
What happens with pre-order bonuses?
If the edition includes pre-order bonuses, they're delivered together with the key on release day, exactly as offered by the studio.
